Is There a Fantasy Match in the Making?

Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 32?!

Ever since his podcast with Paul Heyman Monday night the WWE Universe has been booming about a possible match between Austin and Lesnar at WrestleMania 32. Not only will this match happen on the grandest stage of them all, it’ll be in Dallas Texas where Austin started his wrestling career. We haven’t seen Austin compete in the ring since WrestleMania 19 back in 2003, and he lost to The Rock. Although Austin had to retire from the squared circle he never really stepped away from WWE.  He would grace the WWE Universe with his presence every once in awhile either as a coach for Tough Enough, a special guest referee, or just to raise hell. Brock Lesnar had a dominating career since returning to WWE; he gave John Cena a fight, he became WWE World Heavyweight Champion, he did the unthinkable and broke The Undertaker’s streak at WrestleMania 30 (by the way I still haven’t gotten over that) and he headlined WrestleMania 31 with Roman Reigns. These two colliding at WrestleMania 32 would be phenomenal and a storyline is very possible, but of course there are obstacles in the way. With Brock’s favoring suplexes and Austin’s neck still being a concern for him; I can understand Austin not doing the match because of his concern for his long-term health. I can also see Austin turning down the offer because he doesn’t like the terms. Those terms could be a number of things; payment, traveling, promotion, live event appearances leading up to WrestleMania, etc.  After all Austin did say ALL of the stars has to be aligned. I do know one thing though WrestleMania 32 could beat the record and become the highest grossing live event in WWE history.
